R5 - Mugello Circuit, Italy
Mugello Circuit overview

Just 30km north east of Florence, Mugello was first opened in 1974 and was later remodelled by Ferrari, who use the circuit as its main test facility. At 5.245km in length, its one of the longest on the calendar.
Through its mix of nine right-hand turns and six lefts – some fast, some slow – changes in radius, camber and gradient, Mugello is one of the most popular circuits among Grand Prix riders, and its 1.141km straight is also the longest.
Legendary for the enthusiasm of its noisy and exuberant crowd, Mugello is a must for all race fans. Florence airport is just 30km away with Bologna (100km) and Pisa (120km) also relatively nearby.
