Efren Vazquez
Spaniard Efren Vazquez learned his craft in the Red Bull MotoGP Academy before joining the 250cc World Championship in 2007.
Vazquez went down to the 125cc class in 2008, where he stayed for four years while improving his craft. His best year was in 2010 when he started the season with his first podium, a second in Qatar, and added a second one in Misano to finish the season fifth overall.
Two more podiums followed in 2011 racing the Avant-AirAsia-Ajo Derbi. Vazquez will trade that two-stroke for a Honda NSF250R with backing from Team Laglisse.
